KİŞİSEL VERİLERİN KORUNMASI KANUNU ÇERÇEVESİNDE BİLGİLENDİRME METNİ

Anadolu Motor Üretim ve Pazarlama A.Ş (ANADOLU MOTOR), Veri Sorumlusu sıfatıyla 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (“Kanun”) kapsamında, uygulamalarımız ve haklarınız ile ilgili sizleri bilgilendirmek isteriz.

Kişisel Verilerinizin İşlenme Amacı, Hukuki sebebi ve İşlenen Kişisel Verileriniz

Tarafınıza ait kişisel bilgiler;
gibi kaynaklardan toplanmaktadır. ANADOLU MOTOR’dan ürün veya hizmet satın almanız veya bir başka surette ticari veya hukuki ilişkiye girmeniz durumunda ürünün üretici olarak aynı zamanda garanti yükümlülüğümüz kapsamında, bu verilerinizden, kimlik bilgileri (ad, soyad, TC kimlik numarası, doğum yılı ) başta olmak üzere, iletişim verileriniz (e-mail adresi, adres ve telefon bilgileri), ANADOLU MOTOR faaliyet alanı kapsamında satın aldığınız ürüne dair verileriniz, ANADOLU MOTOR tarafından, Kanunun 5. maddesi 2. fıkrasında belirtilen hukuka uygunluk sebepleri çerçevesinde, sözleşmenin kurulması, ifası, yasal yükümlülüklerin yerine getirilmesi ve meşru menfaatler çerçevesinde toplanacak ve işlenecektir.
Yanı sıra sizlere daha iyi hizmet verebilmek ve faaliyetlerimizi doğru planlayabilmek adına sizlerden burada belirtilenler dışında başkaca kişisel verilerinizi de ancak rızanız kapsamında talep ediyoruz. Şayet daha önceden alınmış rıza ve izniniz mevcut değilse, yasal zorunluluk gereği izninizi talep edeceğimiz durumlarda, yetkili servislerimizde uygulaması varsa yazılı imzalı izin ile birlikte aynı hukuki nitelik ve değerde olmak üzere iş yerlerimizde sizlere gönderilecek sms içeriğindeki linkte yer alan metni kabul ederek onay vermek suretiyle dijital ortamda da izin verebileceksiniz.

• İş yerimizi ziyaretiniz,
• Şirketimiz ve Yetkili servis çalışanlarının bireysel veya kurumsal müşterilerimizi ziyaretleri

Kişisel Verilerin Paylaşımı ve Aktarımı

ANADOLU MOTOR tarafından işlenen kişisel verileriniz, mevzuatta belirlenen güvenlik ve gizlilik esasları uyarınca yeterli ve etkili önlemler alınmak kaydıyla, Kanun’un 8. ve 9. maddelerinde belirtilen kişisel veri işleme şartları dahilinde, dahil olduğumuz Anadolu Grubu şirketleri, İştirakleri, Anadolu Motor Bayi ve yetkili servisleri ve iş ortakları, tedarikçiler, servis sağlayıcıları ile, bu verileri talep etmeye yetkili olan kamu kurum veya kuruluşları ile paylaşılabilecektir.

Kanun Kapsamındaki Haklarınız

Kişisel veri sahipleri olarak, haklarınıza ilişkin taleplerinizi www.anadolumotor.com internet adresinden kamuoyu ile paylaşılmış olan Kişisel Verilerin İşlenmesi Politikası’nda belirtilen yöntemlerle ve aynı web adresinde yayınlanan Kişisel Veri Başvuru Formu ile yazılı olarak veya kayıtlı elektronik posta (KEP) adresi, güvenli elektronik imza, mobil imza ya da ilgili kişi tarafından ANADOLU MOTOR’a daha önce bildirilen ve ANADOLU MOTOR’un sisteminde kayıtlı bulunan elektronik posta adresini kullanmak suretiyle veya başvuru amacına yönelik geliştirilmiş bir yazılım ya da uygulama vasıtasıyla kimliğiniz teyit edilebilir bir biçimde ANADOLU MOTOR’a iletmeniz durumunda ANADOLU MOTOR talebin niteliğine göre talebi en kısa sürede ve en geç otuz gün içinde ücretsiz olarak sonuçlandıracaktır. Ancak, işlemin ayrıca bir maliyeti gerektirmesi hâlinde, ANADOLU MOTOR tarafından Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu’nca belirlenen tarifedeki ücret alınacaktır. Bu kapsamda kişisel veri sahipleri;

1. Kişisel verilerin işlenip işlenmediğini öğrenme, işlenmişse bunu ilişkin bilgi talep etme,

2. Kişisel verilerin işlenme amacını ve bunların amacına uygun kullanılıp kullanılmadığını öğrenme,

3. Yurtiçinde veya yurtdışında kişisel verilerin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişileri öğrenme

4. Eksik veya yanlış işlenmiş olması halinde bunların düzeltilmesini isteme,

5. Kanunun 7. Maddesinde öngörülen şartlar çerçevesinde kişisel verilerin silinmesini veya yok edilmesini isteme,

6. Verilerin yok edilme ve düzeltilme işlemlerinin aktarıldığı üçüncü kişilere bildirilmesini isteme

7. Verilerin münhasıran otomatik sistemler vasıtasıyla analiz edilmesi sonucu kişinin kendisi aleyhine bir sonucun ortaya çıkmasına itiraz etme,

8. Kanuna aykırı olarak işlenmesi sebebiyle zarara uğraması halinde zararın giderilmesini talep etme haklarına sahiptir.
