HR Policy

In order to ensure the sustainability of our company’s success, the Human Resources Department prioritizes the development and strengthening of both employees and the organization. Our aim is to cultivate a workforce that is performance-oriented, highly qualified, and possesses a diverse skill set.
HR Policy

To achieve this goal, we initiate various training and development activities from the recruitment phase and maintain them throughout the employee’s tenure.

Orientation Trainings

To facilitate the integration of new employees into the company culture and ensure a smooth transition, we conduct comprehensive orientation programs. The first days of employment are crucial, shaping short-term impressions, fostering connections with the organization, and establishing a sense of belonging. These early experiences significantly influence employee commitment, motivation, and long-term dedication to the company. In our commitment to successful onboarding, we implement the Departmental Orientation Specialist (DOS) program. DOSs play a crucial role in introducing new employees to departmental processes, offering guidance throughout their first days, and providing necessary support for a seamless integration.

Performance Management

The implementation of the balanced scorecard approach allows for the translation of the company’s long-term strategies and objectives into actionable operations, enabling comprehensive performance monitoring.

The balanced scorecard approach is employed to oversee company goals, function targets, and departmental objectives. Individual performance management translates departmental objectives into individual targets, facilitating employee evaluations based on accurate and objective criteria, fostering motivation for result-driven performance, and cultivating a culture of continuous development.

Given the diverse nature of expected work outputs across various positions, we embrace the following objectives:

Foster continuous development and improvement by adhering to all legal regulations and meeting customer requirements regarding environmental aspects.

Ensure the protection of natural resources by reducing the use of raw materials through the adoption of suitable technologies that cause the least environmental harm, within the boundaries of technical and economic feasibility.
