Recruitment Process

Our annual recruitment process is meticulously planned in line with company development and organizational requirements. Following these plans, the advertising phase is collaboratively executed with the respective departments, focusing on job descriptions and competencies relevant to the specific position.

We start the process by reviewing the applications submitted to our company. Following the preliminary assessment of CVs, candidates who meet the specified criteria are invited for job interviews. During these interviews, candidates are evaluated based on their competencies and experience, tailored to the requirements of the respective position. In certain cases, additional assessment and evaluation tools are employed to further support the process. The process is finalized with the identification of the most suitable candidate.
